Cecil Wessels is a registered Marriage Officer, living in Cape Town, and has been officiating at wedding ceremonies for a number of years.
A full-time pastor in a local church, he combines his empathy and love for people, in making the wedding ceremony a special and intimate experience for Bride, Groom, Family and friends.

When planning your "Dream Wedding" you could consider a traditional Church Wedding, a romantic venue at a secluded beach, a Winelands 'Getaway' or a quant old church in a rustic forest. "I would be privileged to be the 'Marriage Officer' that helps you make your dream wedding come true."


Provide advice and guidance in planning your wedding ceremony based on my years of experience.
Officiating as the registered marriage officer at your wedding. Ceremony can be performed in English or Afrikaans
Discuss, assist with and handle the completion and submission of all documentation to the Department of Home Affairs.
Issue your original abridged marriage certificate as well as a copy of your marriage register after the ceremony
I have experience in assisting both local South African and Foreign Nationals - International visitors. I can guide you on the local South African requirements when planning your wedding
