Rooted in nearly two decades of restaurant experience, Chef/Owner Dawid Kriel took over the business from his sister, Marle Fourie, in 2011. Together with Catering Manager Desirée Laubscher, Head Chef Charl Campher, and our dedicated team, we operate from our vibrant kitchen at Diamant Estate in Paarl, cooking up inspired menus every day.
