Annalize and Ollie have both done 3 years at Cordon Bleu Silwood Cookery School. Annalize then did an Advanced Cordon Bleu course in London and a Practical course Roger Verge, Moulin de Mougin Restaurant, France (voted World’s Best Restaurant at the time). Ollie worked at top restaurants like Test Kitchen, The Pot Luck Club and La Calombe.
