Everything was perfect. Wish I could relive that day again.
We didn't go on honeymoon due to unforseen circumstances. But we saving to go next year.
I was looking for a very plain natural look. Nothing over the top.
We got married at a place called Willow Feather Farm. It was an early morning wedding so no need for guests to sleep over.
A lot of shakes & exercise. Had a manicure and pedicure in the week leading up to the wedding. And plenty of sleep.
We never rented anything. All decor was self made. Our venue was outdoors so we chose to go with a fairy woods theme. Guests were allowed to take the decor home afterwards.
They were very casual. Groom was dressed in white shirt, black demons, blue sash and leather Tommy takkies. Grooms men the same except they didn't have a sash the wore blue suspenders.
My girls were in a light black dress which we purchased at the China Mall in Centurion.
A friend of the family.
She is the cousin of one of my bridesmaids. She was absolutely awesome. I've received a few sneak peeks and they are stunning.
No I didn't, I planned it all by myself.
I used a black BMW X6 as my wedding car. It fitted in the the colour theme. And was on of my bridesmaids husband's car.
I did the wedding cake and cup cakes. The snacks were made by the venue and everyone was impressed with the food.
I designed and made the stationery myself. I'm a total DIY gal.
We only had finger snacks after the ceremony. So no after party. We didn't have a band or DJ only a portable speaker that we had a memory stick playing soft music in the back round.
