Married on Aug 13, 2016 in Limpopo

Our wedding was set in beautiful Moholoholo, Hoedspruit on 13 August 2016, were the lion's roar is only minutes away and the majestic Drakensberg mountains surround the love story about to unfold. At the venue Ya Mati, Moholoholo we were married in their chapel, which is surrounded by lovely green gardens and we had our ceremony in the open air next to the Blyde River. With the sky filled with fairy lights and the hippo grunting in the river, we celebrated and danced the night away.

Werner and I have been together for approx 10 years and with both our hearts nestled in the African bushveld we were ecstatic for our wedding day!

Our theme was Bushveld/Rustic with pastel colors of mint green and blush pink and a touch of lace elegance. We made pallets for our centre pieces, each table a name of a local tree that can be found in the area. On top, a beautiful lantern with desert- and pink roses.

We shared the day with family and friends, enjoying family made wine and Bubbly, eating 'Boere Tapas' and sharing stories and laughs from all the years before.

We could not have asked for a better day

We would like to thank our suppliers for a fantastic job!
