Our wedding was a combination of elegance, softness and so much love. I set out to create a timeless classic feel using colours of Campaign, Gold and Ivory. Everything worked out exactly how i imagined. The venue was a Manor house built in the late 1970's in Rawsonville, it has this old world charm and elegance which i absolutely love. I decided that inorder to get exactly what i had pictured in my head i had to do my own decor, so i set out to find the decor, which was very difficult at first but after picking one or two items the whole look just came together.
The wedding dress was my dream, i loved this dress from the first moment i saw it but could not afford it so i lowered my expectations, until one day i saw a lady selling the exact same dress for a third of the price! i was overjoyed to say the least and purchased it. The bridesmaid dresses were hand made by a close friend, i chose Champagne Satin to tie into the classic soft look i was going for. On the day i did not look at the decor i was more fascinated with my new husband but i can honestly say that every part of my wedding was like a perfect puzzle piece that fit perfectly into the best day i could have imagined.
