We had the best venue with great personnel... We didn't have to worry about a thing.... and it was so beautiful...thank you Avanti


My father in law is a great photographer do we decided to ask him to take our pictures...

Bridesmaids and Groomsmen

Together me and my husband have 6 kids and wanted to give them all a equal piece in our day... My step daughter and my 2 sisters were my bridesmaids and my husbands best friend and all five boys was his entourage...


Avanti did the catering as well... great traditional foods... hot and cold foods....ex: pumpkin fritters, spinach and feta, coleslaw and roast lamb.
Desert was a simple fruit salad and ice cream.


Oh the cake.... there wasn't even a small piece left by the time we went home...
We had a family team effort in building and decorating the cake...
It was made from 3 tiers of drywors and sliced biltong which my husband and I made from an impala that my 10 year old stepson shot a few weeks before..... Everyone complimented us on it.

My Husband

We met a few years ago. He's a farmer and I was in agricultural sales. There was a spark right from the start. Neither of us thought that we will ever be able to be together... we had all the odds against us... but we faught through it and we made it... My husband never cries... and the day I walked down the aisle he had tears in his eyes and I knew this was forever...
He is the stongest, most honorable, most loving person I have ever met in my whole life.... and on the 30th of April 2016 I married my best friend... the love of my life.
