Well in Simple Words: My Special Person
In February 2015 after almost giving up all hope of ever finding my forever love I met my Person. One photo was all it took to agree to meet him and the rest is history.
From the moment our eyes locked we knew to our very core that this was meant to be and that we would grow old together.
2016 was the best start to any year for me. He proposed at our favourite restaurant, the Rabbit hole, just before Easter. There isn’t an Easter Egg in the world big enough to have made me happier. And I do love chocolate.
Wedding planning started almost immediately. We didn’t have a set theme, we just wanted it to be an elegant and simple affair with our family and friends.
The day of the wedding arrived and I could not have been more excited. After a busy morning of making myself as beautiful as I could possibly be for my special man I was escorted down the aisle by my Father, a man who has my respect and love. I could not be more proud to have him give me away to my amazing man who I can now call my Husband. Juan is a true child of God and he is my rock, leading by example.
The food was world class, so much effort had gone into it. I think I as the bride ate as much as the groom. It was an evening filled with love, well wishes, dancing, eating, laughing and of course much joy. I wouldn’t change a thing even if I could go back in time.
Respect, being kind and gentle to one another and our great love of the Lord will ensure that we grow old together, just as we both saw in each other’s eyes the day we met.
