Thank you for supporting this union by visiting our page & voting for me/ us!
Sam & I were married on the Dolphin Coast of KwaZulu-Natal in October (the same area where we first met). We share the same heartbeat for outreach & ministry & are so excited to grow our grassroots nonprofit, the Seeds of Our Future Project (a project I've been running solo for years & yet have just taken on a surname meaning "the seed sower")!
We truly are better together. :)
The morning after our wedding, one of the staff members at the wedding venue [Palm Dune] stopped my mother to tell her how moved she was by our wedding celebration. She said she had to excuse herself in the middle of our joyful reception to go & cry where no one would see. When my mom asked why, she replied that she was just so sorry that the rest of her family couldn't be there to witness such a union. She said she wished that everyone in South Africa could have been there to see it, as this is was the type of unity Mandela fought for... She had never seen anything like it.
This was such a joy for us to hear, as our primary mission in our marriage was that by simply being ourselves, our union in itself would minister to others-- that we would shine the light & love of God!
This is one of the main reasons that we entered the SA Weddings 2016 Bride of the Year Competition...
We want to put on display what God has done & see what more He is going to do through us. What a testimony for us to be featured in one of South Africa's most popular magazines & to be given a platform to shine this True Love.
You can help us have this opportunity, by voting for us as many times as possible from now until March 2017. :) Thank you so much!
