21 November 2015.
My alarm went off at 7am. However I was awake long before that!
With butterflies of excitement fluttering in my stomach I made my way through to Oakfield Farm, our magical fairy tale setting for the big day!
The day was clear and crisp, with beautiful colourful roses lining the chapel and reception venue. My heart swelled with joy and excitement, for at 4pm I would walk down the aisle and marry my best friend, the one my soul loves.
As I stood at the entrance of the chapel with my father's arm hooked around mine I was filled with an overwhelming feeling of love and absolute euphoria... and there he stood looking so handsome in his suit and adorable white bow tie!
Our eyes stayed locked on one another's through out the ceremony and the "you may kiss the bride" part could not have come soon enough!
I was, and will always be from that moment on... MRS SNOWBALL!
Yes.... Snowball... no I am not joking (and I welcome the playful teasing with open arms)
I married my best friend whom I have been with since I was 16 years old, my high school sweetheart who saw me through the hardest days of my life when my mom passed away in 2013, only a year after his own father passed away.
We have seen each other at our lowest points and we have been each other's high.
21 November 2015, the first day of our happily ever after.
There isn't a single thing that I would change about that day, well maybe except that I wish I could rewind and press play again and again!
