Our journey together started when my now husband and I started dating on the 26 February 2011. He escorted me to my matric farewell. We got engaged on the 5 February 2013.
When I woke up on my wedding day it made me realize that I am proud to get married to my first big love, matric farewell partner and my forever soul mate and now my husband and forever friend.
Its each girl’s dream to get married one day. This day becomes one of the special ones in your life when you feel and look like a princess and you end up with your prince charming in a fairy tale.
The highlight of our wedding day was when we made our promise in front of God, our families and friends that we will love each other forever in richer or poorer. God will show us the right road and will keep us on the right road.
These words will always accompany me in my married life:
The ring is an ancient symbol, so perfect and simple. It has no beginning and has no end. It is round like the sun, like the moon, like the eye and like an arm that embraces. It is a circle without any beginning or end. Your rings are precious because you wear them with love. They symbolize your commitment in marriage. They remind you of who you are, where you’ve been and where you’re going. As you wear them through time, they will reflect no only who you are as individuals, but also who are as a married couple.
