Claudia Holtzhausen

Married on Nov 29, 2014

And so the day finally arrived, today 29 November 2014 I married the most amazing man; my high school sweetheart.

We have originally planned to get married in 2016, but luckily our financial position has turned for the better and I could start planning our big day.

I never really new what was waiting for me. Where do one start?

I have to admit I had a lot of sleepless nights, bleeding fingers and tears pouring down my cheeks. With pride I can say that I have planned my own wedding. If it wasn't for my wonderful husband who supported me I would not have been able to plan my dream wedding.

As I counted down the minutes to walk down the aisle I remember I had a lot of butterflies in my tummy and the only thing I could think of while my dad walked me down the aisle is the happiness and joy I instantly felt in my heart and to see him standing there with tears rolling from his eyes I knew for sure that I want to spend the rest of my life with him. From day one when we started dating I knew for sure that this was my husband.

But with all this to say I still can't actually put in words what this day meant to me, this was the most amazing time of my entire life. Every girls dream! I experienced for a moment how it feels like to be a princess. It was more than I could imagine.

Even though the day only feels like a minute the memories last a lifetime!!!
