Cherie Turner (Emmett)

Cherie Turner

Married on Nov 28, 2014 in Gauteng

I DO... Two words I prayed I would be able to say one day to the man of my dreams.

I found my Prince Charming in a rather unconventional way - Internet Dating.

After our very first date I just knew in my heart that this was the one for me. We had a magical and adventurous 11 months of courting when Shaun popped the question on a mountain (at Wyndford Holiday Farm) while overlooking the Maluti Lesotho mountains.

Thats when the wonderful whirlwind began. We fell in love with the venue, The Bridge, in Muldersdrift and due to date constraints we managed planned our wedding in 3 months.

After 37 years of waiting patiently, my dream finally came true...
On the 28th November I got to marry my best friend. It was the most memorable day ever. We were able to share our special day with our dear family and friends who we love with all our heart and who mean the world to us.

Our wedding epitomised a true fairytale, from my dress to the venue to the fairy lights and decor. It was elegant, tasteful and classic. Our love for each other and the commitment we made to each other was so genuine and real, filled with so much love and many many tears.

My husband is one in a million. Kind, loving, caring, thoughtful, supportive, helpfull and respectful. Im proud to be his wife and to call him my husband. I love him with all my heart and to the moon and back. I cant wait to grow old together.

This is only the start to many happy moments which we will treasure forever.
