Origionally the chapel was the old Goukamma post office and the reception and confernce facilities the Old School. The farm stead is now transformed to accommodation.
Here tradition meets modernity.

Only 10km from Knysna and 50km from George on the N2 and a mere 40min drive from the George Airport.

Functions and Events
The Chapel and Old School is the ideal location for hosting functions and special occasions from intimate dinner parties, cocktails, braais, kids birthday parties to glamorous celebrations and celebrity events.

Enjoy a High tea in the garden, tantalizing your taste buds with confectionary from Marnica’s and some famous savoury eats by Cynthia. Your friends would never forget the chicken salad under the trees, the patio or on the deck by the Goukamma River at your special event.

Cocktail functions for up to 200 guests can be hosted in either The Old School and its adjoining patio or by the riverside with its deck, a marquee tent, bar and braai facilities.

A unique Wedding Venue
The Chapel and Old School offer one of the most picturesque and unique chapels and wedding venues in the Garden Route. The Gardens provide a picturesque setting for outdoor and indoor events and luxury marquises can be erected upon request to seat more people than the available structures. The Chapel can seat 70 people inside. The Old School reception area can seat 100. See our packages which include cutlery, crockery, tableware and glassware for 100 people

Luxury Country Accommodation- 18 people

GUESTROOMS
Accommodation for 8 people in 4 guest rooms with en suite bathrooms, percale linen, bath robes and towels, coffee/tea making facilities, swimming pool and the option of arranging a treatment from Senses mini spa located on the premises.

LUXURY CAMPSITE ON RIVER
2 Dome tents furnished with 2 single beds in each including bedding and towels, outside bathroom and shower, sharing self catering facilities with the chalet which sleeps 2 people with en suite bathroom.
The fire making facility as the centre attraction of the camp site is a lovely meeting place to enjoy the fire and the flowing of the river.

THE LAVENDER COTTAGE
Sleeps 4 people. Open plan self catering cottage with a double bed and a double bunker. Bedding and towels provided.
