The historic Hazendal Wine Estate is nestled between Stellenbosch and the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. It’s one of the oldest and most beautiful wine estates with a fascinating blend of Cape Dutch and Russian cultures.
If you are looking at hosting your wedding at a wine estate with elegance and charm, Hazendal provides an exclusive and private venue for your ceremony and reception.
The old wine cellar, a national monument, has been stylishly and elegantly refurbished into our Hermitage restaurant. In winter the fireplace creates a warm, intimate atmosphere, and is a perfect backdrop for the more informal function or just a wonderful way to end your evening with one of our signature wines.
We can comfortably accommodate 130 guests with a dance floor in our Hermitage restaurant with extensive menu options to choose from and can cater for any special dietary needs.
We are able to assist you in planning all aspects of your wedding and provide the following services in house:
