Chez Charlene was born on the 3rd of February 2007, this spectacular venue was the creation of Charlene Georgiades.

This upmarket venue with its idyllic country setting, in the East of Pretoria, is an oasis of breath taking beauty that exudes tranquillity. Chez Charlene boasts the grandeur of its flawless architecture coupled with picturesque gardens and lavish fields where horses graze and gallop, all the ingredients to create lasting memories and make dreams come true.

Since the birth of Chez Charlene Venue, she has added a spectacular chapel, a five star guesthouse and a five star upmarket and elegant coffee-shop and fine dining restaurant, utilising the extraordinary finishes that have been used in the venue. The attention to detail in every aspect is which sets Chez Charlene apart from every other venue out there.

In the process of this magnificent creation, Charlene has her sights set on providing clientele with decadent food and adding a personal touch to each of her clients. In doing so, Charlene sought a world class chef.

Throughout the years while Brett was working at the Presidential Guest House, he was fortunate enough to cater for President Mandela, numerous head of State, Royalty and Celebrities.
Brett’s love and passions for food, as well as his past experience enables him to provide Chez Charlene clientele with the superlative quality food they deserve.

Each guest meets with Brett and has a personal menu designed to their likes and needs, ensuring the personal attention as well as the uniqueness of their function.

During the growth of Chez Charlene, Charlene and Brett have created a vibrant and remarkable team, comprising of outstanding individuals, ranging from efficient and friendly coordinators through to well seasoned staff in the catering industry. The atmosphere in the company is one of passion which breeds an element of happiness and satisfaction in all that they do.

Chez Charlene Venue caters up to 400 guests, with a climate controlled venue and chapel, a full audio system with specialised lighting, solid teak wooden dancefloor and stage, full bar facilities, generator in place to bridge any electrical interruption and so much more. Chez Charlene caters for functions such as weddings, conferences, year-end functions, matric farewells, corporate events and any special occasion.
