I always knew that I wanted to do make-up and hair. Since I can remember, I played around with make-up, copying make-up I saw in magazines and trying it out on myself. After finishing Matric I followed my dream and studied make-up and special effects full time for two years at City Varsity. I then took a gap year and went to the UK.

When I returned to SA, I worked in the film industry for 2 years, doing what I absolutely love... but I wanted to know more about hair, so I studied hairdressing full time at Carlton Hair International Academy and qualified as a hairdresser. I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and make-up Minki van der Westhuizen, Charlene Truter, Jody and Andriette (Idols 2007). I do make-up & hair for any occasion, but especially love doing weddings! Being married myself, I know and understand the special needs every bride has and the dream of feeling like a princess on that special day.

I am extremely passionate about what I do and I put my heart and soul into my work. xx
