A marriage is not only the joining together of two souls, but also the joining of each partner’s assets. You’re entering in to a legal contract that could have serious repercussions.

A prenuptial agreement is a legal written contract that financially protects both parties who are about to marry, setting out the terms of possessions of assets, treatment of future earnings, control of the property of each, and potential division if the marriage is later dissolved.

You and your fiancé will be asked to bring with the following:

• Identity book
• Proof of your residential address

We will explain to you all the options very clearly where after you will decide which agreement will suit you and your partner best.

We will take care of all the legal paperwork and registration of the contract.

We also include drawing up your Wills prior or after marriage, free of charge.
