My wedding was one of the best and most beautiful days in my life. We started to date while still in High school. Everybody expected that we will get married after we Graduated from University. But, the Lord had other plans for us. We searched a long time for permanent work and also continued to study part time. My husband surprised me on my Birthday on the 2nd of July 2016. He planned a Birthday photo shoot. He planned everything perfectly and the photographer captured the moment. We planned our own wedding, straight down to the smallest details. My theme was Elegant Vintage with shades of purple and dusty pink. I planned my whole wedding in 8 months ! I so badly wanted to do a video on my wedding, but I was afraid that something would go wrong and it will be captured for life on the video. Believe me, nothing went wrong. We got married at Ashanti Estate in Paarl, I walked in on the song by Christina Perry a thousand years the instrumental. My dad brought me in, my friends (Harts Vriendinne) was crying and my University friends. They came to me after the Ceremony and told me, you were always in the background and just did your work, today was your moment ! My wedding flowers and Décor was just perfect ! It look so beautiful. I really enjoyed my whole wedding, getting dressed was in a calm environment, nobody shouting or forgetting their shoes. My guest said wow, your wedding is like something out of a fairly tale, and we could feel the love that you and your husband share with each other. We left when the last guest left, people were still dancing at 11:45. My guests reply on our wedding was (Jyt 'n Lekker troue gehad) ! This was the wedding which I dreamed off, my life was never perfect and will never be, but my wedding day was PERFECT !
