Our passion was to create a wedding which would firstly represent what my husband and I would like to stand for as a couple, and secondly, with the intention of warmingly entertaining our loved ones who have devotedly provided for us throughout our lives. Thus, we were consistently enthused by ideas, inspirations, and talk of weddings! For months on months, we lived in the wedding world and the most important takeaway of our own wedding was that it represented us – we wanted people to walk away and say, “That was so Natalie and Lorèn!”
For our special day, we wanted to create charismatic scenes involving all things classic, timeless and elegant - we went for a “Cinderella” wedding theme. To bring our wedding theme to life, we were lucky enough to have some stunning celebrity performances at the ceremony and reception. Our reception venue of choice was none other than the renowned Laurent, Lourensford Estate Wine Estate.

Getting married in the sturdy and eloquent Moravian church, the Laurent Lourensford reception... the happy tears, the ambient buzz of chit chat, laughter and clinking glass and the quiet moments together overlooking the beautiful scenery and sunset, taking it all in… The hilarious and heartfelt speeches and the jamming on the dance floor! This was a wedding that will be remembered and a couple who will go from strength to strength, supportive, compassionate and invested...
