It was ALL absolutely magical. Our families were huddled around us as we read our vows, my step father wore my late father's shirt as he walked me down the aisle, we danced until 4am and many happy tears were shed.
We will be going to Portugal and Germany after Christmas and we cannot wait!
I wanted to look like a woodland princess and I got JUST that. I am obsessed with blush pink so I knew all along my dress would be different and my headpiece was a show stopper.
My make up was so romantic and my groom looked so dashing and stylish with his floral tie and pocket square.
We got married at De Uijlenes in Gaansbaai and there is accommodation on site so we celebrated the whole weekend with our guests
I had my eyelashes done, my teeth whitened and my nails done.
We had the perfect rustic, romantic wedding. Succulents and proteas and fairylights everywhere! It was magical

The bridesmaids were told to wear white and that they could find their own dresses so that it wasn't too matchy. They looked perfect along with protea bouquets and green leafy headpieces

We didn't have a photo booth. Instead, we opted for a Polaroid camera and had guests take photos, stick them in our beautiful book and write a note next to it. The guests loved it so much they asked to take more as momentos to take home.

We danced the night away thanks to our incredible DJ Denver Apollus. We had fairylights everywhere and white Chinese lanterns above the dance floor.
