The day started out with some clouds in the sky but some clear patches, as the day went on the clouds moved in and at about 2pm it started raining. The rain was heavy and turned into hail but just before 4pm which was when the wedding was set to start the skies decided to stop raining just for a short duration. My dad and I walked to the chapel and there he gave his little girl away to the most wonderful man! As we were saying our vows there was a burst of sun rays through the windows which looked as if the heavens were gracing our special day. Thereafter we all went and took some amazing photos in the venues garden and proceeded to the hall for some dinner and dancing.
It was the most memorable and special day that I have come to experience in my life so far!
We have not gone on honeymoon yet but we will be going to Cape Town in January.
I had a beautiful white A line style dress, my makeup was done with subtle look, my hair was done with curls and extensions and was mostly down, my jewellery was all pearls, my shoes also were beaded with some pearls and the garter was white lace with a little bit of pearl detail.

All of our decor was simple but beautiful. The coulours were a pastel mint green and a pastel.
We had white table cloths with mint green overlays and the center piece was two vases on a mirror and the vases had yellow origanum lillies submerged in water.
The tables also had a silver underplate with a pastel yellow napkin on the plate
The groom wore a black suit with a white shirt and pastel yellow waist coat. The best men wore black suits with a very light green waist coat.
