Magical Moments

Our wedding day was really beautiful and special. We got married on Friday 6 October 2017, at La Colline in Port Elizabeth. The ceremony was held at their gorgeous chapel and the reception was inside their stunning venue.
Everything about our day was just perfect. The moment I walked down the aisle, with my dad towards Clayton, I just knew that we will have a blessed day. After the ceremony we asked all the guests to move to the stairs, leading up towards the venue. Each guest received a white balloon. We took a group photo and we all released our balloons...it looked amazing!
The venue inside looked stunning. Beautiful protea flowers and decor on the 4 banquette style table settings. Very stylish with the minimalism look. I just loved it. The food was very tasteful and delicious - just perfect. Speeches went well, even I had something to say. And then our first dance...aaaa it was beautiful. Our cake cutting was also a highlight and the cake was really delicious. The guest had a very good time on the dance floor as we had a fantastic dj. This was our "One Day" and I will treasure it for the rest of our lives.

The Honeymoon

Yes we did go on honeymoon. First few nights at the beautiful Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve, 10km from Port Alfred.
It was absolutely amazing!!! From there we went to Mazeppa Bay Hotel on the Wild Coast.

My Groom And His Groomsmen

Clayton got a stunning royal blue suit from Heinz in Style. Grey tie from Woolworths and black shoes. He looked sooooo handsome.
We got grey Chino's and navy ties from Woolworths for the groomsmen. And they wore that with a long sleeve white shirts and black shoes.

My Captured Moments

Chantelle Kendrick was our photographer. She did a fantastic job capturing our special day. We can't wait for all our photos from her. The ones that she has supplied - are spectacular. She is absolutely amazing!

Wedding Transport

My dad was our driver. He came to pick me and my 2 sisters (bridesmaids) up in his Fortuner and drove as to the wedding venue. We had so much fun in the car...chit-chats, laughter and just good old family memories.

Food & Cake

Our delicious food was prepared by a caterer that La Colline uses.
Wedding cake was made by The Pastryworks. We had a 4 tier layer cake. 2 x Carrot Cake layers and 2 x Chocolate Cake layers. It was very very delicious!

Wedding Stationery

I designed and printed all our wedding stationery.

The Reception and Entertainment

The party was the best. Everyone had such a great time on the dance floor.
No we did not take lessons, luckily we can dance pretty good and had such a fun time out there.
The DJ was Collin Nance, and he was THE BEST!!! Played a good variety of English and Afrikaans music.
He reads the crowd and just play as the night goes by. It was really a party to remember....the talk of the town!
