The 2011 SA Weddings Bride of the Year Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must register on the www.saweddings.co.za website to enter the bride of the year competition.
1.1 Brides are categorized by the month in which they were married.
1.2 One winner is chosen for each month based on the number of SMS votes received. One SMS = One Vote.
1.3 The winner from each month will become a finalist.
1.4 Voting takes place throughout the year and closes in February 2012

2. SMS votes are charged at R5 per SMS.

3. Competition is not open to the directors, partners, employees, agents, consultants, publishing, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies of Capacity Holdings Limited and their immediate families.

4. Participation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. Organisers reserve the rights to amend these at any time.

5. There will be a final event where judges will select one winner, a 1st princess and a 2nd princess. During the course of the competition consolation prizes worth varying amounts will be awarded at random to entrants and to voters. There is only 1 Grand Prize winner.

7. The value of the main prize may vary due to seasonal rate fluctuations.

8. The competition runs from 1 January 2011 and entries close on 31 January 2012. The 2011 Bride of the Year Competition is only valid to brides whom got married in 2011 (1 January – 31 December)

Voting will continue throughout January until the end of February 2012.

9. Winners will be notified on 1 March 2012

10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for their cash value.

11. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Finalists will need to be available for the SA Weddings event in April 2012. Please note, Flights and accommodation will not be paid for by SAWeddings.

13. SAWeddings.co.za reserves the right to make media and /or publications announcements about competition winners.

14. The name of the winners will be published on www.saweddings.co.za

15. The organizers have the right to change or terminate the competition at their discretion.

16. Entrants agree that the sponsor's parties are not responsible or liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
