How to decide on your colour scheme

Colour affects every moment of our live, even though most of our colour choices are unconscious. Every woman is unique and every woman has a different personality. Colour has a profound effect on how we look, how we feel and how we are perceived by others.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression” Anonymous

When it comes to choosing the correct colours for your wedding, there are a few questions every Bride should ask herself:

• Do I love it?
• Is this the image I want to portray?
• Is this reflecting my personality, my personal style and who I really am?

Furthermore, ask yourself - Will it suit my palette and complexion?
Your skin tone determines which colours will best suit and compliment you; there are many benefits to choosing the correct colour scheme for your complexion:

• You leave people with a positive impression of you
• You will appear healthy and youthful
• You will have more confidence

If you are COOL TONED (WINTER/SUMMER INDIVIDUALS):
You have a skin that has a blue or blue/violet undertone.

If you are WARM TONED (SPRINGS/AUTUMN INDIVIDUALS):
Your skin will have a yellow/orange or red/orange undertone.

DID YOU KNOW: Most South Africans are classified as cool toned individuals!
