Ayala Bar Designs – Jewellery pieces which will leave you breathless

It is very difficult to write a piece on Ayala Bar without sitting back and dreaming about some of the most amazing Jewellery Pieces I have ever come across. It is by far one of the most remarkable collections and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves and appreciates beautiful, elegant, sophisticated and high quality works of art.

Photographs provided by Ayala Bar One of Israel's most well known jewellery artists, Ayala Bar designs beautiful, wearable mosaics, using Swarovski crystals, hand crafted glass, ceramic and fabric beads, natural stones and assorted metals. Her collections are released twice a year. With the release of each new collection, all previous designs are retired, creating limited editions with collectable value. Each piece is hand made with tarnish-resistant and hypo-allergenic silver base metals and silver and gold plate. Ayala Bar has consistently produced designs that are innovative yet timeless, bold yet feminine, and international in appeal. Lucky for us, her designs are now available on South African shores. Some people fall in love with bead shapes, others love that specific colour shade only found that season. Although somewhat reminiscent of Ayala's earlier works, this colourful and dramatic line also projects the artist's current state of individuality. 2. Ayala Bar’s Hip Collection: The jewellery is like no other, embedding specially designed hand-crafted objects, combining fabrics with glass, beads with metal findings & natural semi-precious stones. It’s a collection that’s characterized by a passionate expression; it's Ayala Bar's most sophisticated elevation. 3. Ayala Bar’s Radiance Collection: The design revolves around the power of colour, but this time it relies mainly on the quality and brilliance of the glass covered images which make each piece. One may say that this collection may not be as intricate and complex, for its theme revolves less around structural sophistication and concentrates more in the region of substance & shade.
