I had the privilege of working with Something Different on the SA Weddings Bride of the Year event hosted this year – they truly are Something Different! Their hardworking team transformed the Patio area at MolenVlient into a Magical space of Creativity and Lighting together with the talented team from Red Hot Events. They have the ability to work with an area – accentuating the best parts of it and maximizing it’s presence.

Something Different comes highly recommended to any bride-to-be – they are hands-on and professional! Thank you for everything; it was an absolute pleasure working with you. What do you have to offer brides-to-be out there? Not only do we have fantastic products which are constantly updated – ensuring each and every wedding is individual to the bride’s specifications but we are a young, fresh, enthusiastic team who offer personal service and one-on-one consultations. We believe our contribution towards the wedding is as important as any of the other service providers and we wish to make the time working with Something Different as stress free as possible.  Are you currently taking on any exciting ventures? We are looking into a new range of furniture; this is exciting for us because we are REALLY pushing the boat out. It will not be in competition with anything else that is out there at the moment, they will be contemporary, interesting and striking pieces; we have wonderful colours and shapes that we are working with; so watch this space for very innovative furniture.  What do you reckon is the one thing that makes your establishment so successful? Constant customization – whatever trend comes and goes; our aim to have each wedding unique to every couple is the resounding factor. We offer value for money products and services to all our clients. Regarding Consultations – what do you offer in terms of this? We love to meet with the couple to exchange ideas and concepts before the event, preferably even at the venue. We offer unlimited free consultations if you book our services. However we also understand that a DIY wedding is very "in" at the moment, so we are also available at a small fee to merely consult and give ideas which you can do yourself. Anything else? Whether we work through a co-ordinator or directly with the couple it is important for us to have a relationship with the client. We have different packages depending on your budget and enjoy coming up with new ideas and planning weddings for each and every bride and groom. We work with and know many of the suppliers and clients in the industry so have a good grasp on what is needed for weddings and events. We are a professional organisation who loves to meet new people!
