What is your Company about?

Each piece of jewellery we produce goes through a journey from raw material to the final creation. Impilo Collection is about giving each item of jewellery a life story of its own by bringing ideas into reality so it can captivate and mesmerise.

What do you have to offer brides-to-be out there?

Our service is centred around our clients’ needs. We like to think that if we can’t do it, it probably can’t be done. One of the best offerings we have for all our clients is “choice”. We offer a full service to all our clients – existing and new. From obligation- free consultations, using the latest computer aided design technology to expertly crafted final masterpieces with top quality precious stones in gold and platinum.

We certify each and every design with a Valuation Certificate and also offer a range of services to maintain, recondition and restore jewellery with sentimental value to its original condition.

What do you think is the one thing that makes your establishment so successful?

As the owner and founder of Impilo Collection I give each one of my clients my personal attention; holding their hand through their journey of creation. With more than 10 years experience in the industry and a team of highly specialised individuals, we are able to offer advice that has delivered our clients’ dreams in line with their budgets.

Regarding Consultations – what do you offer in terms of this?

Firstly, we believe that it is important to inform and educate our clients to ensure there is at least a basic level of understanding of jewellery according to their needs. We are able to recreate almost any design imaginable using computer technology, which allows our clients to see what their creation looks like before it is produced. For those clients who need a little help with some ideas, we also have a wide range of predesigned pieces from rings (gents and ladies) to pendants.

Are you currently taking on any exciting ventures?

Most wedding days are focused on giving the bride the most special experience that will last a lifetime. We, however, do realize that the grooms are also important, so in order not to neglect them or deprive them of the experience, Impilo Collection is working on a full range of Gent’s wedding bands in platinum, palladium and/or titanium.

We recently returned from the Hong Kong Jewellery Expo with many exciting ideas and cutting edge designs.

Anything Else?

Unlike any other gift a man can give to a woman, an engagement – as well as a wedding ring is unique in the sense that its sentimental value far exceeds the actual cost. It is a symbol of unending love and each of our pieces are specifically crafted to similarly withstand life’s little knocks.
