He nervously asked me to marry him on 27 April 2015 whilst on the big wheel at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.
We won a photographer on Facebook by participating in a competition.The brilliant Wynand van der Merwe is our engagement-shoot photographer.
Roedean School - the Venue. It is a gorgeous private school in Johannesburg. My mom is a teacher there and asked permission for us to have the engagement shoot there.
We had no theme initially, on the way there Ivan suggested a picnic basket and goodies.
We shopped around for engagement rings, so he got an idea of what I liked. Then he had one made at Poggenpoel Diamonds
